Primarily Sales Trainer/Head Training for 500 people Cement company having operations across south India,
Training of channel sales and Trade sales team.
Manages the Training Functions and mainly responsible for imparting Sales training
Responsible for all Organization wide training initiatives
Managing Training Plan, Training Budget, Training Calender and
set up the Training Department.
Organizing and conducting Induction for freshers, lateral hires
Creating and managing learning policies
Conducting sales training, behavioral, managerial , Leadership and domain trainings
Managing external vendors - Organizing external trainings for employees and customers
Planning and executing key Training events
Must be willing to travel with in South India but only for one day.
Create overall Learning Strategy & aligning to development needs of individuals, businesses & organizations
Develop and apply methodologies and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and developing ROI metrics (Return on investment)
Introduce new ways of optimizing training efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and monitor training budgets / costs
Be an internal trainer for the companies specific programs.
Employee Development & Succession Planning
Ensure an internal talent pipe line at all grades
Succession planning for Senior Management and critical positions in the organization
Branding and developing in-house programs.
Develop e-learning programs and monitor their effectiveness
Developing & designing mentoring program
Develop & implement effective plans, strategies, procedures and policies and take responsibility for their ongoing monitoring to support an integrated approach to talent management
Any Graduate with a PG in Training , at least 4 years experience s sales trainer in sales drive sectors like FMCG, Cement, Paint, Insurance , Telecom, Banking etc.
Must have managed the training function
in a corporate.
