Looking for a dynamic Training professional extremely process and business oriented. A true business partner who ascertains needs of business based on data based need analysis coupled with stakeholder feedback. Converts this high end design and delivers through a team of 3 (self-included) like a project. The focused result should be create training and learning solutions that continuously improve organization productivity and improves efficiencies.
Apart from the above, manage entire gamut of New Employee Training and Induction PAN India.
This is a PAN India role across 6 locations and may require travel from time to time.
Individuals should be well versed with operating in a technology enabled virtual environment.
We are open to look at capable high potential individuals who have lead training team at an AM/M level for minimum2 years. Background Same industry or similar. Individual who has worked in staffing delivery thereafter moved to Training will be the best suited profile for this.
Preference will be for individuals who are from Staffing Industry or similar, or someone who has been in operations roles in staffing anf thereafter moved to Training roles.

> Strong training design + delivery capability.
> Strong business acumen, diagnostic in approach.
> Certifications in Training etc will be an added advantage.
> MBA Preferred from premier or tier 2 institutes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
Managing new employee training and induction smoothly
Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation and the individual;
Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;
Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
Developing effective induction programmes;
Devising individual learning plans per need
Producing training materials for in-house courses;
Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, supporting strategy for the organisation;
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
This role will be based out of Gurgaon and will report to Senior Manager - HR
Male or Female candidate, creative,positive and a culture builder. Understand grass root as well as top of the pyramid and created bridges through interventions.
Results would be measured not purely on delivered hours or training feedback but also on Organization productivity increase.
