To plan and coordinate all training Programmes as per the objective of the Institute with the help of co trainers, Managers and Supervisors.
To manage the training institute, develop and conduct the suitable training courses to lead the Center of Excellence in the field of Animal Husbandry, fodder production, Crop Production, Community Empowerment and allied subjects. To liaise with Government Institutes, departments and Universities for collaborative training, skill development programmes and field Research.
Qualifications: Post graduate (M.sc, M.V.sc, MSW) with at least 10-15 years of experience in heading a reputed training institute covering various areas of Rural Development.
