Job Description

Lead the planning & implementation of a training program & employee development initiatives-New hires to Sr. Leadership Team.

Ensure training is delivered to all new employees according to the training plan.

Conduct progress reports by tracking .

Candidate should be existing Manager Training on Papers,handling a team of AM & trainers in international BPO.

Conduct sessions with Supervisors, Managers & Directors to ensure accuracy & effectiveness of training & real world application of training
