Job Description

Support the finalization of Sales & Distribution Strategy for in coordination with stakeholders
Finalize the audience specific content in consultation with Product, Tech and Operations team
Structure the Training modules customized for the target audience and markets
Coordinate and synchronize with Training Teams at Corporate, Region and State to build a common training program with embedded well into all the modules
Identify and appoint Training Agencies nationally or by geography as per the needs and phases of business
Coordinate with Training Agencies for multiple medium training modules
Coordinate with the Corporate, Regional Heads, State Heads and S&D Heads for alignment on Training
Desired Profile Ensure TTT at all levels in coordination with
Ensure buy in of peers and superiors at Regional and State levels
Gather Market and Competition information for realignment, optimization of strategy and resources
Support extension of Key learnings to Train Regional and State leadership with MIS, Data & Analytics for key decisions and action plan.
