- Experience in Instructional design / content creation.
- Experience in facilitating programs for managers / Leadership development programs.
- Experience in end to end management from gathering & analyzing requirements to design, delivery of programs, and measurement of effectiveness.
- Experience in developing Business unit's learning strategy, aligning learning plans to business unit goals
- Experience in conducting Psychometric programs and training larger audience .
- Experience in competency framework creation, competency mapping is good to have.
- Logical thinking and Business Acumen.
- Behavioral technique for training.
