Responsible for achieving and driving channel targets on Trade and Forex services
Monitor and analyze the progress of Trade finance and forex services to achieve revenue objectives.
Responsible for driving New to bank clients through assigned Channel and create out of box solutions to clients
Make presentations to corporate clients on Trade Finance and forex proposition of the bank
Assess and develop training program for channel on Trade and Forex
Development of intermediary channels for Trade finance and forex services
Compile a weekly / monthly trade sales report showing, target clients, sales revenue, pipeline sales revenue, percentage budget achieved year to date and client satisfaction/complaints etc.
Trade finance and Treasury product knowledge and the ability to identify market needs to create value proposition for the clients
Understanding of UCP 600, URR 525, URDG, Incoterms 2000, currency hedging instruments and Exchange Control Rules and Regulations.
A working knowledge of freight forwarding, marine insurance and Customs and excise as related to trade finance.
Team Player ability to work in a Matrix organization across different cultures. Good communication, people and presentation skills.

Experience & Qualifications
At least 4-5 years with strong trade sales track record in trade finance products including client origination
Self-motivated and proactive approach to marketing sales. Strong personality in order to engage senior management within the client for business discussions
Results orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline
Extensive local market experience in a reputed bank.
Excellent speaking skills in English
Credit analysis will be an advantage
