Job Description

Develop and execute Modern Trade Promotion Calendar' through efficient utilisation of Trade Spend Budget to drive profitable growth in channel.

Partner with marketing teams and creative agencies to deliver hi-impact BTL activations for new product launches.

Leverage opportunities for brands to participate in retailers' marketing programs/events.

Analyze internal data, retailer off-takes & Nielsen shares to identify & leverage emerging trends in buying behaviour.

Develop in-store merchandising guidelines and track KPIs through enlisted agency.

Drive Company Brand agenda with shoppers through innovative in-store retail media solutions.
Promotion planning for the entire portfolio.

Visibility initiative development & deployment across MT chains nationally.

Trade spends management for Modern trade (includes spends utilization & evaluation)

Key POC from the channel to engage with the various internal (marketing, supply, sales, commercial) & external stakeholders (accounts/vendors).

Overall MIS Management for the channel.

Handle the innovative visibility tools development for driving impulse sales in Modern Trade across store formats

Desired Profile

MBA from a top pedigree institute preferred.
