Person should have Knowledge of Traditional sea trade lanes
Promote NVOCC portfolio to new and existing customers through agency network and independently and ensure profitability of the business.
Promote NVOCC portfolio to target customers based on business plans
Achieve targets in terms of volumes and Revenue
Develop strong relationships with Agency network partners through meetings and joint sales calls
Ensure customer satisfaction and oversee Customer services compliance
Develop new Trade lanes with proper market research and to document with supports.
Assist with sales forecasting /Pricing/Carrier analysis/Competition analysis
Prepare and submit periodic reports as required by the manager
Plan and create new business opportunities
Manage customers through quality checks and other follow-up.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows etc to promote company products.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
