We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst who is responsible to evaluate, analyze and assist in managing compensation and benefits programs. Individual practices to ensure market competitiveness and full compliance with all regulations. Works with the Director of Operations HR and Compensation and the Corporate Benefits Manager in the design, implementation and administration of the Company's compensation and benefits programs.
Functions of the position include, but is not limited to advising management and Human Resources regarding promotional and equity increases and appropriate hiring ranges; review proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies; assist in analyzing current organizational pay practices and makes recommendations for salary changes to ensure equity, administer annual merit cycle process; administer annual incentive process; participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship; is the primary liaison with Corporate Human Resources in Germany to coordinate expatriate assignments to and from the U.S. and Canada; coordinates all immigration matters for the America group; administers Key Employee Incentive Plan (KEIP) long term incentive program.
Candidate must possess:
2 - 4 years of related experience and/or training in an HR/Benefits/Compensation environment
