Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Conduct phone / pre-screenings of candidates and document all discussions & recommend qualified candidates for face-to-face interviews with Respective Stakeholders
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Maintain accurate and timely recruiting documentation.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the management.
Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Manager- Recruitment and Hiring Manager as and when required.
Develop and maintain formal recruitment guide outlining vehicles used to source talent.
Update and maintain Applicant Tracking system to include logging all resumes and status of applicants progression in interview process.
Prepare necessary pre-employment documents (i.e. Employment Offer).
Work with HR Supervisor and HR Coordinator to complete on-boarding steps for selected candidates.
Provide administrative support to HR Manager with recruitment efforts.
Retention of new hires for at least 60 days in the organization. Any attrition (especially Performance /Behavioral separation) within the said timeframe would impact the performance stacks negatively. This is to ensure screening of quality and deserving candidates only.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience with Min 2+ years experience as a team lead required.
Should have good exposure to mass/bulk-hiring.
Must be available to work UK shift work schedule
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
