Job Description

Conduct annual contract and ad - hoc non-contract price reviews and negotiate outcomes where required
Identify and escalate non-conformance to Service Delivery Plan
Perform contract expiry management
Co-ordinate routine Service Delivery reports for Strategic and Critical Supplier, Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay and BU Updates, Lean Metrics
Create Site Specific Contract Templates
Circulate approval documentation for local contracts signed by GM
Facilitate local contracts execution through Contracts Team
Perform critical Project Administration
Identifying & evaluating suppliers by carrying out strategic process of RFI/RFP/RFQ to select the best fit supplier for client requirement through IBM globally agreed process & policies
Negotiations on cost & contractual terms
Documenting the complete RFx process in IBM internal tools
Award business to the selected supplier after agreement on all T&Cs by releasing purchase order
Negotiating on contract legal/commercial clauses. Creating, finalizing & executing the contract with vendors.
Must have experience in Contract management in Sourcing & Procurement domain.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Ready to work in Australian Shift (Early morning)
