Job Description

Root cause analysis and preventative steps for reported defects.
Resolve/develop work around for the reported problem.
Report problems related to interfacing upstream/downstream systems to the corresponding support teams.
Resolve problems reported by interfacing downstream systems support teams that are related to TIBCO integration interfaces in scope.
Resource will be responsible for the monitoring and coordinating (receiving of the feeds and informing the feeding systems if a feed is missing or has errors) of interfaces.
