-Accurately measure, analyze, and report on client related digital and social media project
-Analyzing online marketing data to provide insight into the performance of clients digital and social media;
-Evaluate performance of digital marketing initiatives through site analytics
-Execute detailed back-end analysis, trending, forecasting and recommend changes to improve marketing effectiveness
-Work closely with respective team members from various functions and the client to optimize and coordinate campaign strategies.
-Work closely with the client teams to create analytical roadmap and to identify the opportunities for driving Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions by deploying appropriate technology stack , relevant analytical solutions, benefit measurement and change management
-Design and deliver rapid solution prototypes / models to establish the long term value added relationship.
-1-8 years of experience in analytics based consulting for leading global-local clients , across client engagement and delivery roles
-Experience in delivering analytics solutions
-Familiarity in Digital and Web analytics analytics program (tagging maintenance, data collection, cross-channel data integration, reporting & dashboards, data visualization, data mining, predictive analytics, A/B testing & MVT testing, advertising performance analysis, ROI modelling, lifetime value analysis, cross channel analysis, media mix analysis and machine learning)
-Using Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Discover, Adobe Test & Target, Google Analytics, Dynamic Tag Managers and with broad knowledge of application of Big Data tools and platforms such as Hadoop/ Map Reduce, Pig, Hive, NoSql Databases, R and Mahout in Digital Analytics
Qualification : ?Masters Degree from leading management / statistics / econometrics institutes
