Job Description

-Overall responsible to project resources, and coordination of team activities
-Implement & follow proper governance model, to ensure services run smoothly and adhere to service levels defined
-Ensure highest & up-to-date knowledge level of the group, including methodologies & field engineers technical proficiency
-Escalation Management act as escalation point, for Project managers and Field engineers
-Key person in communications with business partners, in regard to current / future implementations
-Work closely with Customer Support manager, in building correct & efficient working models.

Required :

-BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree preferred.
-CCNA and MCSE certifications preferred.
-HP, Dell, VMWare and Citrix certifications are a plus
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Delivery/Services team management
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering
-Thorough understanding of hardware, OS, Telephony, SQL and different software
-Understanding Delivery working model & terms
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Team Player Proven ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to communicate with multi-cultural teams in other countries
-High customer service orientation.
-Experience with the Installation and Integration of solutions into Customer Environments
-Servers - Microsoft Server Installation, Configuration and Security. Plug Virtualization solutions
-SQL - Microsoft SQL Server Installation and Configuration.
Basic scripting Advantage
-Able to learn and adapt a new technology independently and fast
