Should have worked as senior leader (strategic role) in Testing Centre of Excellence.
Had handled senior stakeholders, leaders on strategic directives, queries and escalations.
Experience in driving strategies to implementation with effective change management.
In-depth knowledge on Test maturity models like TMM, standards and end to end implementation of processes.
Comprehensive knowledge on SDLC, test types, test life cycle, test estimation, test techniques, test defect management, test artefacts like test strategy, test closure reports and post production incident management.
Strong experience in Change management like rolling out of process in testing organization.
