Job Description

One of the leading bank is looking for a Territory Sales Mgr - for Unsecured lending (LAP/ BL/ Working Capital)

Job Description :

1. Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives. He will be required to recruit and manage a team of 6 -7 RMs.
2. Identifying potential customers in the market. He will be required to filter and choose customer suiting Bank Product and Policy. Customers are referred by referral partners and branch network. Understanding of basic financial is must.
3. Comparing products and their substitutes based on a range of criteria. He has to have a neat analytical skills to read and analyze financials of SMEs.
4. Managing the firms sales budget and costs Estimating costs involved. He will be required to meet cost of acquisition budgets and do required projections to meet sales budget.
