Acquisition of new corporatesfor corporate salary
Managing existing relationships & deepening in the empanelled corporate
Maintaining relationships with the Key Decisions Makersacross all relationships
Managing a team of 3 -4 Key account managers and their one downs
Liaising with major Corporates for seeking required permission to conduct employee engagement activitiesfor the corporates being managed
Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class service experience for customers
Personally get involved in the acquisition of SrMgmt/ Mid Mgmt accounts within an empanelled corporate
Constantly look for new innovative ways to increase salary account share in empanelled relationships
Liaison with Internal Departments across all Groups to penetrate in to Group Companies / Clients thru Relationship Management.
Ensure profitability of the corporate portfolio through effective cross sell to the customers
Adhere to KYC guidelines and bank processes as laid down from time to time
Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
Ensure team is meeting SOP on a monthly basis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should have 6-8 years or plus of sales experience in banking/hospitality. Preferably in corporate sales.
Knowledge of handling Key accounts.
Ability to communicate well and make presentations to corporates / mass audiences.
