Job Description


Responsible to meet the actual retail at the dealerships.
Responsible to ensure that the entire sales cycle is adhered to at the channel partner (Dealer or Secondary Network).
Responsible for adherence to CI Norm at the dealership end and highlight deviation, carry out regular reviews and extend necessary support to meet the same.
Responsible to ensure that the dealers and secondary networks are religiously adhering to DMS.
Responsible for tracking and efficient management of Inventory Records of Dealers (both Vehicles stock as well as spares) and furnish reports based on that to the CBMs
Responsible for meeting the Volume Targets for the Dealers.
7. Responsible for Planning and Execution of Tactical Activities with the dealers as per the allotted budget.
Responsible for monitoring the support from Service Engineers, Customer Support Functions and other stakeholders involved for the smooth functioning of the Touch Points.
Responsible for monitoring the Dealers Financial Health and take care of dealer long term development.
Responsible for execution of the plans to face market forces like, seasonality, competitors new launch etc.
Responsible for monitoring the day to day operation of the dealers and sort out ambiguities.
Responsible for Tracking Enquiry Management and work towards improving enquiries as well as conversion percentage.
Responsible for engaging with the customer on a regular basis and work to improve upon customer satisfaction and word of mouth praise for building image of the brand.
Responsible for training the sales person at the dealerships to result in effective sales.
Responsible for tracking the sales on a daily basis and furnish DSR at the day end. Also, create various other types of trends analysis and forecasting reports to help management take decisions.
Responsible to ensure that the Service Centers are adhering to the Service Processes and highlight deviations.
Responsible for monitoring the day to day operation of the dealers and sort out ambiguities.
Responsible for maintaining Enquiry Management and work towards improving enquiries as well as conversion percentage.
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction at all occasions.
Key Tasks & Activities:
Reviews with Various Dealers and other Touch points and Monitor their Progress
Execution of Activation Plan and Promotional Activities
Resolve Dealer Concerns and Monitor Dealer Financial Health
Monitor DSR for the Dealers attached
Scout for Secondary Network Opportunities and Institutional Sale Opportunities
Adherence of Sales, Service and allied Process at the dealership
Execution of Activation Plan and Promotional Activities
Create Daily Reports on DSR, Primary, Dealer Financial Health, Inventory, Trends etc.

Should have construction equipment division experience.
