Job Description

Manage Mortgage business through Branch Banking channel and open market
Manage team to build the portfolio of retail SME clients.
Responsible for meeting Asset targets.
Develop Business Development channels in the territory.
Lead marketing events in assigned territory.
Ensure that the team is actively Cross selling entire suite of banking products for the territory.
Lead the team building, training and development exercise for the territory.
