Position : CVAS - (Converged Application Server)
Knowledge in Telcordia CvAS (Converged Application Server) software and related technologies preferred.
Take responsibility for a kind of customer service that is consistent, accurate and professionally done in keeping with projected company policies and image.
Perform system administrator functions such as, platform back-ups and restores; alarm resolution, reviewing error logs, capturing trace data, generating cron jobs, platform sanity testing, running performance analysis reports, etc.
Support platform maintenance and testing initiatives.
Install software maintenance patches and upgrade releases.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols defined for Operations Center personnel
Maintain and gain technical knowledge through technical training and familiarity with all aspects of Ericsson CvAS product, Telesoft IVR and VSSP products.
Identify improvements on the workflow or system and collaborate with the operations team and supervisor to implement the necessary changes.
Responsible for creating and verifying performance files of the clients.

Build and test Pre-Paid service platforms for MVNOs in CvAS and BCS

Preferably 2 years recent experience working in Network or Service Operations Center experience.

AIX or other UNIX experience at least at a junior system administration level.
General knowledge of Telcordia CvAS (Converged Application Server) software and related technologies preferred.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining a telecommunications network.
