Job Description

Location : Tokyo and Singapore (Japanese for Tokyo and Mandarin language skill for spore is must)

Function: Remotely support the following: Audio / Video Conference Scheduling, Trouble Resolution Facilitation, Live Event Support.

Video Conferencing Support Task List

1. TMS Monitoring (telepresence management suite)

A. video conference control center monitoring for any issues

B. TMS Portal examination for problem tickets

2. CPMT-Remedy Management (common problem management tool)

A. Daily communication to/from customer on existing tickets through to completion

B. Triage of PQRs (problem, question, request) support tickets

a. Categories of PQRs range from standard call scheduling to physical break/fix requiring an AMS ticket to be opened for Cisco TAC.

C. Work flow management of PQR's through Customer's special support model

3. On-site Support

A. Break/fix analysis

B. Live event support/set up

C. Training/Instruction

D. New Device Installation Assessment

4. Live Event Remote Support

A. Set up - VC scheduling, equipment preparation, testing

B. Launch - ensure proper connections

C. Monitor - proper VC environment

5. Master Inventory list management

A. Update changes (MACD: move, add, change, delete) to the inventory list, aka: DLR (device

6. Weekly Touch-Point

A. Data Reporting (CDR-call detail report)

B. PQR status/volume

C. Special event preparation
