Description

Assist first level support engineers and customers technical teams where ever if higher-level support is required.
Ensuring the closer of cases, and perform operational activities with in defined SLA / timelines
Make configuration change or apply patch to meet customer requirements or resolve complaints
Working in Customer Location for Support for various Product Lines
Updating FAQs document as and when required.
Creating Activity Document for any planned activity
Having understanding about the product functionality
Answer queries using FAQs and investigation
Reviewing of MIS Reports generated
Creating Activity Document for any planned activity
Strong experience in Support, Technical Operations, ITIL / ITSM framework. She have experience working as L2 support
Strong technical knowledge with troubleshooting and analytical skills. Will have to work with multiple technical teams on issue resolution, problem analysis and solution agreements.
Strong hands on experience in with applications in Oracle/ J2EE, UNIX/LINUX, Tomcat
Knowledge of telecom domain, VAS, USSD, will be added advantage
Strong Communication & customer interfacing skill. Should be capable of leading small team
Ready to work in 24X7 operation in different shift on rotation basis
