The primary responsibility of this position is to support our production clients and internal support team(based in Boston).
We use Microsoft stack, such as; .NET 4.5, SQL Server8 and supporting front end APPs for Android IOS and WPF platforms.
We are looking for a candidate that understands Microsoft Stack, can troubleshoot production problems, fix the problem on the fly, and answer internal team questions. Support team will be interacting with our end customers directly (first line of defense) but requires technical personnel to troubleshoot production issue(s) and respond to our customers on a timely fashion.
We need support personnel's availability that overlaps the East Coast Time Zone from 6AM 3PM EST. Skills Required:
Knowledge of Microsoft stack
Must have experience in SQL Database, C#, and APIs
Must have experience in writing high performance SQL queries.
Support new reports using MSFT SSRS.
Willing to learn new technology like WPF and support new mobile APPs (Android, IOS) & JSON framework
Great demeanor, positive attitude and be willing to laugh during tough customer calls.
Work timing will be 3PM to 12AM
