Job Description

- Excellent Communication

- Minimum 2 years- experience with a Service Desk support environment

- Good work experience on BMC Remedy/ SD+ticketing tool.

- Should have quick learning and monitoring skills

- Willing to work on rotational shifts( Night shifts preferred)

- Well understanding on ITIL process

Note: Looking for immediate or 7-15 days notice period
