ITIL foundation 3 certificate (or equivalent knowledge)
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience from working with Problem mgmt. and Configuration mgmt.
Experience from working with the tool ITSM or Remedy.
Dispatching incoming incidents in ITSM tool (incidents console)
Solving incoming work orders in ITSM tool
Dispatching incoming tickets in Request Tracker (RT)
Executing change request (via order in RT) in ITSM tool
Keeping the configuration DB in ITAR/uCMDB up to date (via order in RT)
