2 to 4 years of experience in US staffing & recruitment process
Good knowledge about IT staffing industry
Must be willing to work in shifts
Identifying and recruiting potential candidates for various positions and skill sets, specifically researching markets to find valuable candidates.
Utilizing Networking to source and secure a broader network of candidates.
Calling warm and cold leads, either for referrals or to share the job opportunity
Front line screening of resume submissions.
Maintenance of applicant tracking system for assigned openings;
Phone Interviews with potential candidates.
Referring to qualified candidates for a Hiring Manager Interview and managing Hiring Manager expectations.
Managing on-site interview process, including but not limited to designing interview questions and selection metrics for assigned openings.
Successful candidates will have proactive customer-service focus to respond effectively to hiring needs.
Must be able to work well under pressure juggling multiple tasks as well as work effectively with a wide range of staff and external candidates
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
A strong knowledge of appropriate employment laws and regulations is required and International Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
