The role demands

Interest and Passion to work as an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR.

End to End Recruitment Responsibility

Continuous interaction with the hiring managers on a regular basis.

Maintaining a healthy pipeline against the open positions

Responsible for sourcing quality candidates directly in the market without any assistance from third party vendors.

Adaptability and flexibility to work on different requirements and work with different teams in Fiddich group.

Excellent Customer Interaction Skills.

Target driven

Able to withstand pressure and work towards closing all the open positions at the earliest.

Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels.

Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs.

2+ years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment.

The potential Candidate would be responsible for end to end recruitment activities for a specific client unit in Fiddich group.

Must Have

Excellent communication skills

Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals

Very good sourcing skills using Networking , Headhunting and Direct Market search strategies

Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.

Minimal Dependency on Portal Sourcing using Naukri, Monster, and other Job Portals,

Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
