Job Description

JOB ROLE (Technical Architect)

We are looking for a Technical Architect who is extremely competitive in nature, who has the
capacity of handling multiple Product Development initiatives and has great sense of process

Technical Architect must have high levels of Competency (especially in Microsoft Technologies).
He/she should be instrumental in Solution Architecting and to be able to nurture the team.

This position also demands a matured level of Business Analysis skills with higher standards of
Documentation Skills, which are key in Requirements Analysis, Planning, Elicitation and

Ability to lead small teams.
Keen grasp of time management.
Understanding and consistent adherence to the processes and business ethics.
Ability to personally achieve results, take ownership and accept responsibility.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in-person, over the phone, and in
written communication - individually and within group.
Ability to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.

At least Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in Solution Architecting.
A minimum of 2 yrs. Project/Team Management experience.
A total experience at around 10 years.

Must have relevant experience in Desktop and Web Application development.
Must have relevant experience in Mobile/Cross Platform development.
Need to have experience in Cloud Computing technologies.

Must have good knowledge in managing the projects from TFS and Agile methodology.
Must have experience in continuous integration and delivery management.

Knowledge in Forensic Science is a plus.

JOB ROLE (Technical Architect)


Understand and follow the Scrum process.
Participate in all facets of the Scrum process, including: Backlog Estimation, Sprint
Planning and Sprint Review.
Provides technical direction for the development, design and systems integration
for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve
service to our clients.
Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
Knowledge of various architecture patterns and anti-patterns.
Knowledge of various software design patterns and anti-patterns.
Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks
throughout the project.
Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet
changing needs and requirements.
Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.
Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database
design techniques.
Good Knowledge of software development best practices.
Delivers engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.
Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers and senior
developers through formal and informal channels.
Performs code reviews and mentoring teams.
Reviews work of development team.
Manage and monitor Quality Assurance Team.
Must have relevant experience in Desktop and Web Application development.
Must have relevant experience in Mobile/Cross Platform development.
Need to have experience in Cloud Computing technologies.
Keep abreast of current business trends & evaluate new features and/or
enhancements for the products.
