Job Description

Develop and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of CCTV(analog/IP) product category and have strong networking skills- Worked on designing and commissioning IP cameras , VMS , NVR, Decoders , Analytics
- Should have hands on experience on designing NAS/SAN for CCTV storage
- Worked on VMS systems like Milestone , Honeywell, Pelco, Tyco, etc.
- Designing of Networking components like switches , routers , structured cabling for creating CCTV network
- Should be able to do Beta testing of cameras , NVR and VMS software and report bugs, provide feedback
- Work effectively with PMM's to identify gaps in CCTV product portfolio and product recommendations - engage in evaluation of new products, drive trainings etc to successfully introduce new products in the company.
- Identification of training needs among sales and technical teams on CCTV - drive for competency development of technical and sales team across India in CCTV category
- Coordinate with various partners to drive CCTV category RMA and technical support Develop a regular follow up mechanism with vendors for defective material handling
- Develop and roll out standard and structured training modules for customers.
- Enable Tech team in branch and regional level with knowledge on CCTV/Networking to be able to handle BOQ support requirement for internal and external customers.
- Handle product escalations in co-ordination with Vendors - Provide support to key customers for escalated cases.
- Work for feedback on any product failure issue observed or any quality issue observed in a product and escalate the same.


CCNA certification would be a plus
VMS, NVR certified professional (from OEMs)


- At least 6 years of experience with Security controls in CCTV/IPCCTV category
- Good networking skills
- Understanding of IP CCTV/CCTV products, industry standards and practices
- Technical Degree/ Further Diploma in related field is a plus
- Customer focused attitude
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Capability to work independently and make decisions within the degree of authority
- Self motivated and an excellent team player
