1. Appstech consultant experienced in Telephony integration for eBS CRM
2. Develop up to two (2) Integrations (with Cisco Call Center and Temenos Banking Software)
3. Able to write Functional Design documents for custom extensions
4. Able to write Technical Design documents for custom extensions
5. Able to formulate the Test Plan and write Test Scripts
6. Knowledge of eBS Call Center Integration
