- 5+ years of experience capacity management, business analysis, team leadership and IT
Carry out data analysis of capacity usage, forecasted demand, forecast capacity requirements to ensure services are maintained and re-order points are clearly identified, tracked and undertaken
Capture and track Availability & Capacity information from components (Application, DB, Network elements etc.) against actuals and estimates
Develop and maintain Capacity plans (including trend information for predicted capacity needs) and Availability plans and reports against customer commitments
Accurately assess risks to current plan or activity and derives approach to minimize the impact of the risk maturing
Implement and maintain ITIL V3 aligned Capacity Management and Availability Management policies, processes and procedures
Experience of Data Analysis techniques, data manipulation and experience in report creation Previous knowledge/experience is preferred
Management techniques (capacity planning, Demand forecasting, Capacity Model Data Analysis reporting, trending, modelling, etc.) would be beneficial
A strong technical background in key aspects of IT infrastructure, including server hardware, enterprise applications, databases, storage, networks and all types of servers.
Must be good at budgets and math, since forecasting, statistical analysis and modeling are part of the job
Strongly collaborate with the procurement team.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Master's Degree in Business Administration
