Will act as an Technical Expert for hiring activities.
Will be act as Expert for Recruitment for NISG, which includes resume shortlisting, technical interviews, act as Panelist on behalf of NISG
Develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
Help attract candidates and maintain the candidate database
Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Brief candidates on the opportunities offered by the client
The role does not end at just end at identifying the right candidate for the role but also adding value to the recruitment process through your industry knowledge and experience
People with the passion to work on variety of clients, industries and levels would be the best fit.
BE/B.Tech / MCA with at least 10 yrs of IT experience plus exposure to other functions will be preferred
Excellent communication skills
Will be required to travel
As per need may have flexibility for some work from home
