Experience in Implementation and Support projects
Experience in Marketing Sales and Services (MSS) is a must
Must have strong technical experience in the CRM7.0 environment - implementing Workflow (BADI framework),
BADI implementations, debugging in CRM and SAP,ABAP, WebDynpro, custom reports, smart forms.
Strong ABAP development experience, ABAP programming tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs,
SmartForms, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits etc.
Technical - ABAP/OO, Objects: Business Partners, Account + Contacts, One Order Framework, BAPIs, Middleware, BDocs, ALE IDOCS, Webdynpro conceptts.
Expert in SAP CRM UI, BOL / GENIL Architecture, BSP, OO programming, Web services.
Excellent Debugging/Trouble shooting skills.
Expertise in configuration, development and maintenance of SAP Business workflow, events and business objects.
Knowledge on Base customization & Middleware concepts (e.g. BDocs)
Excellent analytical abilities, using best practices and tools.
Worked on atleast 2 E2E implementation.
Align with development team and track functional leads on integration business issues.
Additional Java experience will be plus
Should have good understanding CRM MSS functional concepts, that include BP, Opportunity management.
Must be a good Team Player
