1)4-6 years of relevant industry experience with at least Technical requirement for 'Absence Management.
2) Identify causes, relationships, implications and solutions in relation to HCM functionality and Visteon HR Business processes.
3) Identify custom requirements and document change control requests.
4) Lead the identification of Payroll Interface Requirements and liaise with local HR and IT contacts.
5) Work with consultants to facilitate the testing of Payroll Interface if necessary.
6) Training delivery and support to end user population.
7) The candidate must be a strong PM experience
