Job Description

Responsibility :

- Oracle Apps Technical HRMS resource with good upgrade experience on EBS 11i to R12.2,

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant working experience

- Experienced technically in HRMS modules

- Should have good experience on Form Upgrade from 6i to 10g, Report 6i to 10g/BI Publisher; also should have knowledge on 11i to R12 data model related changes

- Should have good Understanding of differences in 11i and R12 with regards to Integration between Applications (i.e. eBusiness Suits (Oracle Apps) and third Party Appications) and working experience on Data Migrations including sound knowledge of differences in base table structures of both 11i and R12

- Should have knowledge on TCA, MOAC, Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) concepts in R12.

- Should have good Understanding of Oracle AIM/OUM (Project Documentation).

- Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to resolve upgrade issues.

- Must be good at performance tuning to handle performance issues encountered in upgrade process.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

- Should have a positive attitude and should have good people management skills.

- Needs to have experience on atleast 5 EBS Upgrade project

- Experienced technically in Finance/ SCM/ HRMS modules and experience in Lead role

- Should have led a team of atleast 5 resources on a multi-location technical upgrade project.
