1) Cognos or any BI architecture and must have idea about Support projects
2) Platform support experience will be added advantage
3) Understanding of platform support environment and also platform engineering
4) Installations of Cognos/BI application, Server setup, Server decommissioning etc.
5) Capacity planning, resource utilization, resource rotation, back up planning experience required.
6) Should be Strong in Cognos admin
7) Managing a 24x7 team and SLA adherence
8) Cognos SDK or scripting knowledge will be a plus point
9) Good Communication and Client facing skills.
