Job Description: Technical Architect in strong experience with CRM technologies & specifically worked on SalesForce.com products(Sales, Service,Marketing,Chatter,Integrations).
Technical design/ and solutions provided and proven in customization, development, performance improvence, release management, Enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Implementation Projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Solutioning and Delivery:
Work with CRM Architect/ tech-leads and IT executives to identify the business needs and define/re-design the sustainable technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs
Refactor-redesign the existing organization code into better flexible, maintainability and extensibility by applying object --oriented --design principles
Define and enforce development standards , guidelines and release process and procedures
Setup the code repository and versioning in large org projects with multi-developers and multi-project development mode and code integration/merging principles with various sandboxes
Assist and guide the CRM team to up-skill the knowledge on CRM technologies, development and release processes.
Skills and Experience
10 to 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
At least 5-6 years of experience managing large CRM technology engagements
A minimum of 3 full life cycle Salesforce.com / Salesforce product implementation & rollout experience
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
In-depth understanding of how the CRM Architecture works, like ,roles,profiles triggers,workflow,escalation rules,Approval process,Sharing rules,Apex Postback,Ajax,Validations,Formula fields,Customobjects,Pagelayouts,Lookup fields,concepts of queues,public groups
Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application
Experience with third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, Mail Merge,et
Developing triggers, customization, data migration / integration and experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, BatchJobs, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
knowledge of HTML,JS,CSS ,Ajax,
Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, and ability to design/develop practical solutions and methodologies to develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies
Sales Force Architect should have knowledge on Object-oriented Programming and design patterns
