Standardizing ITIL processes and functions implementations in large complex IT environments. ? Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization. ? Capable of handling multiple process transformation implementations for a complex IT environment. ? Managing and measuring processes compliance to established company policies/procedures, and lead continuous process improvement ? Minimum IT experience required is 6 - 8 years out of which at least 4 years in ITIL process functional consulting domain. ? At least 2-yrs Process owner experience in ITIL processes. ? Hands-on work experience on at least one Service Management tools like BMC Remedy, HPSM etc. ? Strong analytical, communication, presentation and documentation skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills Customer and service focus ? Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL processes. ? ITIL V 3 Foundation to Expert level Certified ? Readiness to travel (willingness, passport and people with valid work or business visas preferred) ? Measuring the timeliness, quality and effectiveness of all processes performed within a given area of responsibility (demonstrate value in reducing TCO) ? Capable of developing and implementing new standard policies and procedures as well as improvements to existing policies and procedures. ? Capable of handling Process resources in a project team and guide the team to deliver the required deliverables in timely manner.
