Job Description

1. Technical Sales process (Only voice based) receiving the calls of the
Customers and selling of Annual/Per incident plan.

2. Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US
customers

3. Technical knowledge of Operating systems.

4. Should have minimum 3 years of Experience in Technical Sales Industry.

-. Any Graduate/ Diploma / Post Graduate/ MBA / PGDBM
-. Good understanding of national and international business dynamics
-. Candidate should have 3 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center).
-. Self-motivated and target oriented

-. Flexible to work in Night shifts.

-. Handling a team and Inbound & Outbound Calls.
-. Good communication skills (both Written and Oral)*. Should have neutral accent.
-. Good working knowledge on various office tools (MS-word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint).
-. Salary :- 4 lacs to 4.5 lacs p\a
