Job Description

Qualification: M.B.B.S

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to Service Level Agreements / Benchmark
Production Planning & Control, Process monitoring, Assignment & review of workload, analysis of SLA
parameters viz. team performance and planning continuous improvement in performance, process
optimization, adherence to reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation
Organizing and scheduling resources
Constant monitoring Team performance, evaluation and feedback to the Management
Maintaining cordial relationship with team members
Grievance Handling
Counseling on regular basis for minimizing absenteeism and rate of attrition
Carry out Team members performance review at the regular intervals
Maintaining discipline at shop floor
To build a congenial work environment to reduce the stress among the team members and boost their
morale
Analysis for the team members and identifying training needs for the team communication thereon
To follow the norms required to maintain Quality Standards
Introduce and refine measures supporting and enhancing quality on the production floor.
To conduct daily team briefings
Proper communication within the team and escalate the related issues to the Management for timely
resolution
Strictly follow the SLA while making external communication
Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use
Taking performance review of the team members at regular intervals
Client Management

Experience and Qualifications:

Must be an M.B.B.S graduate
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Measures target achievements, skills and behavior at work
Minimum one years of Team handling experience
Interaction with team members at regular intervals, share knowledge and information
Commitment, Logical Thinking, Deliberate the decisions, Play a role model, grievance handling, open for
suggestion
Identify Training Needs for an Doctor to acquire/enhance the required skill sets.
