Develop & Manage individual or multiple category sourcing plans for Technology and Tech Labor related commodities.
Develop negotiation strategies related to pricing and other commercial terms on complex sourcing deals.
Develop and negotiate contracts with existing/new suppliers. Manage win/win sourcing strategies with suppliers.
Gather Business requirements and influence requirement definition as appropriate.
Manage demand management data for various business units and analyze save opportunities after doing study on spend data.
Develop commodity specific analytics in support of developing sourcing and negotiation strategies.
Develop supplier market intelligence/Understand and interpret supplier market economics/ Develop pricing benchmarks.
Deal successfully remotely; interact daily with VPs and Directors based in US and also with global suppliers.
Construct and manage RFPs/RFQs; to drive supplier selection processes.
Desired Profile 4-8 years of relevant experience in procurement functions on Technology/IT commodities.
Must have the ability to negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality of work.
Strong analytical skills, to analyze data, trends, metrics etc.
Candidates with experience in Ariba Buyer and Contract Management modules is a plus.
