Should have strong exposure of Sharepoint 2013/2010 version.
Strong exposure to SP 2010 custom development, .net and SQL server with good OOPS concepts
Should have architected a solution in SP 2013
Very strong in SP 2010 custom development, .net and SQL server with good OOPS concepts.
Should have 2-3 yrs exposure in SharePoint 2010 from development and design perspective, purely in custom development. Needs to demonstrate leadership skills.
Should be able to gather requirements and translate to a system, guide junior team members, resolve technical issues.
Should be able to propose solutions to the customer for complex requirements.
Should be good at technical documentation.
Note :- Must have at least 5 yrs relevant exp in development of sharepoint. should have worked in atleast one project in Sharepoint 2013.
