Job Description

Maintain and grow presence in the account
Act as the trusted MicroStrategy advisor to multiple projects
Responsible for providing help to the client on technical/Architecture issues
Proven experience in people management , strategic planning , risk management and change management
Responsible for People management, Professional Development and mentoring of all associates in Chennai
Identify and document key pain areas for our customers and advise on solutions
Lead the effort to identify opportunities for Services sales in assigned accounts
Coordinate with the required persons to ensure that all MSA, SOW and Time-Tracking information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate regular engagement and project reviews with the client Management Team
Create opportunities for billable consulting work for self
Responsible for driving people engagement for Chennai associates
Work closely with AMG and recruitment team to staff new positions at Chennai
