As a Technical Associate, candidate will be responsible for implementing technical solutions and low level design delivery using BPM and other relevant technologies.
The candidate should have vast experience in application delivery in iterative mode and support across different technologies like Java, J2EE and Oracle with a strong understanding of IBM BPM Ver 8 and above. Candidate should also posses excellent technology delivery experience in a dynamic environment with implementing high architectural standards involving high reuse of common components. Ideal candidate should be technically proficient and ready to deep-dive into technical details of any BPM application.
Demand Management: Work with Business Analysts, understand the business requirements and arrive at technical design and build.
Technology Management: Translate the technical solution to a low level design and work with peers to deliver. Build reusable components / services and ensure the adoption of the same across projects. Contribute and adapt design / development standards across projects
Experience / Exposure
Must have good understanding of Unified Process Project Implementation Methodology
Should have done minimum of 1 IBM BPM 8.0 SDLC implementation
Should have very good written & verbal communication
Should have very good understanding of BPMN 2.0
Should have very good knowledge on Coach implementation
Should have good knowledge on REST API its implementation
Must have implemented Web services integration services
Should have good understanding of process execution, decision making and exception management across multiple organizational roles and systems/applications
Should have experience in tailors user screens for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface
Should have good database skills with excellent query writing skills
Should be able to built the executable processes with limited requirement to showcase business
Should have good knowledge on WODM (IBM iLOG) & its integration with IBM BPM
Should have good knowledge on Java, XML, Java Scripts, Oracle, SQL
