Advanced knowledge of TDM Switching/Routing, Transmission & Intelligent Networks
8+ years of experience in Telecoms arena in customer fault arena.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Excellent trouble shooting skills and logical thinking. Good Decision Making capabilities.
Hands on exprience on Remedy
Knowledge of PABX networks and/or DMS Centrex/VPNs
Accredited formal manufacturers training course on relevant platforms
