1.The Lead will be part of application support and development team and manage the development lifecycle for a suite of applications, ensuring that the application changes are delivered on time and as per specifications.
2.The Lead is expected to apply the agreed IT project management methodology (Scrum, Waterfall, etc) for all projects using established project standards and tools.
The Lead will have following responsibilities:
Delivery Management - Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects
Stakeholder management and relationship building ensure open communication and appropriate information sharing, and build credibility in order to work effectively with various groups with varied and sometimes conflicting priorities
Business Analysis Oversee the analysis of the business requirements Project Planning Plan and manage project staffing needs, timelines/schedules
Change management ability to introduce, implement and manage all aspects of change, with teams and stakeholders, and communicate regularly and efficiently while complying with change management protocols Communicating and Presenting effectively communicate with stakeholders, securing approvals when needed, and keeping them abreast of progress and potential roadblocks, and present well-organized information (amount/relevance) to right people at the right time.
Risk management analyze, anticipate and mitigate risk factors and work with the team and stakeholders to minimize risk.
Tracking keep on top of all numbers and metrics to ensure an accurate picture of current state, inclusive of budget (revenue/cost)
Task Management keeping the team members motivated and aligned in their work and ensuring quality results at each step within the project lifecycle.
Project Management Methodology - Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within
cost and schedule Technical Skills Must have:
Experience as an application or infrastructure support analyst.
Experience leading a team.
Understanding of Active Directory (users and groups).
Understanding of application user accounts and permissions.
Good communication skills and comfortable communicating with the business.
Good Analytical skills.
Good all round IT technical competency. Useful to have:
Experience of working with Aveksa or other IAM tool.

8-10 years experience in software development with at least 2 years in role with people management responsibility
Experience of working in global teams spread across geographies Education/ Qualification BE/BTech/MCA/MTech
