Exposure to Incident / Change / Problem Management as per ITIL Standards
Exposure of managing a team (>4 members) and project monitoring.
Exposure to Implement minimum 3 End to end project
Capable of driving CRM implementation independently
Domain experience 4-7 yrs.
Ability to interact with Business Users and understand their requirements
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Customer service skills are critical.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
Good interpersonal skills
Must be an effective problem solver
Strong organizational skills.
