Provides daily application support to local and remote users of Teamcenter, Solid Edge and Solid Edge Embedded Client as required
Proactively manage and support all software environments such as Production, Test Development, and Training instances for size, performance, patch versions, etc.
Analyze, validate and install new software releases, system upgrades, and patches and exercise judgment to resolve software related problems.
Maintain data files and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity and user security.
Identify and resolve issues with existing applications and or improve on systems performance.
Provide technical expertise to the users in solving day-to-day issues.
Provide training to the users, when appropriate.
Participates in technical implementation teams in analyzing requirements and contributes to the design of PLM solutions intended to address complex requirements.
Provides input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards.
Analyzes technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified engineering process and work flow solutions to improve the functionality through collaboration with end users.
Work collaboratively with the Infrastructure Systems Administrator on application system backups, System Restores and Disaster Recovery Planning
Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
