Technical Skills --
Extensive Hands on administration and engineeringexperience of Industry standard tools in patching (Bladelogic, SCCM, BMC Patrol.), monitoring tools (BPPM, HP Openview etc.) and other capacity management tools (vCOPS, SRM, etc.).
Experience implementing infrastructure tools in an ITIL model to support Incident, Problem, Demand and Capacity Management.
Experience with Autosys Unicenter tool is preferred.
Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience
7 - 10+ years overall experience in the Infrastructure Tools domain
3+ years experience managing Technical tools teams working in Shifts.
3+ years experience in service management - internal team or external suppliers.
Operational experience in Infrastructure tools domain with respect to managing Incidents, Problems, changes and capacity management aspects
Experience and ability to work in shifts on rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA and ASIAPACregions 24*7
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential.
Experience in team management, conflict resolution / arbitration.
A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.
Ability to analyse requests or issues and provide the best possible solution.
Ability to prioritize, re-schedule or adapt to changes.
